META Center For Systems Biology

The Microbial Ecology and Theory of Animals (META) Center for Systems Biology is devoted to understanding how host-microbe systems work and using this knowledge to advance human health.

Genomics Core Facilty

The High Throughput DNA Sequencing and Genomics facility supports scientific research at the University of Oregon by offering genetic and genomic technologies. The facility provides in-house services and have available specialized equipment. Services include Sanger DNA sequencing, microarray-based genotyping, microarray printing, robotics for high throughput manipulation of DNA samples, and next generation Illumina-based high throughput DNA sequencing and associated bioinformatics.
